Description

Gateron Zero Degree Silent is a silent linear mechanical keyboard switch—the component beneath each keycap that shapes feel and sound. Travel is smooth with no tactile bump, while integrated damping reduces noise on the downstroke and return.

Key materials are POM stem, PC top housing, nylon bottom housing. Specifications include 45 ± 15 gf operating force, 1.8 ± 0.5 mm pre-travel, 3.6 mm max total travel, 20 mm spring. The switch is factory-lubed for more consistent movement. Dual damping zones reduce bottom-out and return noise while the double-rail structure keeps the stem guided.

This is a contact-based MX switch, not an optical or Hall Effect model. Before ordering, check that your keyboard and PCB accept 5-pin MX switches. Sold individually.
