Description

HMX Xinhai is a linear mechanical keyboard switch—the component beneath each keycap that determines how a key feels and sounds. Its uninterrupted travel has no tactile bump or click, making it suitable for gaming, typing, and custom keyboard builds.

Key materials are POM stem, PA12 top housing, modified nylon bottom housing. Specifications include 55 gf operating force, 62 gf bottom-out force, 2 mm pre-travel, 3.4 mm total travel, 22 mm KOS single-stage extended spring. The switch is factory-lubed for more consistent movement. Designed by HC Studio, it uses a POM stem for a crisper bottom-out than Macchiato and consistent factory lubrication.

This is a contact-based MX switch, not an optical or Hall Effect model. Before ordering, check that your keyboard and PCB accept this MX-style switch. Sold individually.
