Description

QwertyKey Linear is a linear mechanical keyboard switch—the component beneath each keycap that determines how a key feels and sounds. Its uninterrupted travel has no tactile bump or click, making it suitable for gaming, typing, and custom keyboard builds.

Key materials are POM stem, transparent PC top housing, transparent PC bottom housing. Specifications include 47 ± 5 gf operating force, 2 ± 0.5 mm pre-travel, 3.6 ± 0.3 mm total travel, 22 mm dual-stage, 55 g spring. The switch is factory-lubed for more consistent movement. The transparent housing supports keyboard lighting, while the dual-stage spring provides an energetic return.

This is a contact-based MX switch, not an optical or Hall Effect model. Before ordering, check that your keyboard and PCB accept 5-pin MX switches. Sold individually.

I bought this product to replace a non-functional key on a Razer mechanical keyboard. After replacing it, everything was fine. I recommend it for the quality, and the fact that they come pre-lubricated is a big advantage.

The switches arrived very quickly and were well packed. All came in perfect condition, with no bent pins. The sound is exactly like the audio samples on the site, which was a pleasant surprise. They feel very smooth and consistent when typing, with no weird noises or issues when pressing. I'm very happy with them and definitely recommend them.

I got them by mistake, but in time they'll work fine on my son's keyboard, so nothing is lost, just repurposed. They look cool and are quite durable.
