Return Policy

General conditions for the return of products sold by

  • The products you return must be in the same condition in which you received them.
  • The return is made with the original labels and the Qwerty Key delivery box intact together with all the documents with which the product was delivered.
  • The product must be accompanied by the accessories/gifts with which it was delivered.
  • If you bought several products of the same kind and want to return them all, make sure that only one has been unsealed. The return of the other products is accepted only if they are sealed.
  • Products on which unauthorized interventions have been carried out, those that show signs of wear or use, scratches, chips, bumps, mechanical / electrical shocks, products that are missing accessories are not accepted.
  • If there are different products in the return package compared to those in the completed form, after the package has been checked by the courier, the pick-up will be refused.
  • The full delivery cost of the returned products will be borne by the buyer
  • Products can be returned within a maximum of 14 calendar days after receiving the package, according to the European legislation in force.
  • The amount related to the returned products will be transferred to the account sent through the return form within a maximum of 14 calendar days.
  • Returns are not accepted for customized products with services such as: lubrication of switches, lubrication of stabilizers, tape mod, adding films, etc. 

Steps for returning products sold by

  • Complete the return form with all the requested data
  • We will send the courier to pick up the products from the address mentioned in the return form
  • A courier will contact you in the next 48 hours to pick up the package
  • The parcel will have to be sealed by you to secure the Qwerty key products during transport.
