General conditions for returning products sold by qwertykey.ro:
- The products you return must be in the same condition as when you received them.
- The return must include the original labels and intact Qwerty Key delivery box along with all documents that came with the product.
- The product must be accompanied by the accessories/gifts it was delivered with.
- If you bought multiple products of the same kind and want to return them all, make sure only one has been unsealed. Returns of the other products are only accepted if they are sealed.
- Products that have undergone unauthorized interventions, show signs of wear or use, scratches, chips, impacts, mechanical/electrical shocks, or products missing accessories are not accepted.
- If the return package contains different products than those listed in the completed form, after the courier checks the package, pickup will be refused.
- The full shipping cost for returned products will be covered by the buyer
- Product returns can be made within a maximum of 14 calendar days from receiving the package, according to current European legislation.
- The amount for returned products will be transferred to the account provided in the return form within a maximum of 14 calendar days.
- Returns are not accepted for products customized with services such as: switch lubrication, stabilizer lubrication, tape mod, adding films, etc.
- Damaged packaging fee For returns, a fee of 7.50 lei applies when the product's original packaging is damaged. The fee is charged when the original box is torn, deformed, or incomplete, when the box doesn't match the product's original model, when the original packaging is missing, or when the AWB was stuck directly on the product box, causing damage to it. This fee covers repackaging costs according to marketing standards.
- For the return to be accepted and processed correctly, the product must be shipped in the same condition it was received and properly packaged. The original packaging must be protected by an external box so it doesn't get damaged during transport. The original box should not be used as shipping packaging, and the AWB label should not be stuck directly on it. Protective materials such as bubble wrap, cardboard, or paper are necessary to prevent damage during transit.
