General conditions for the return of products sold by qwertykey.ro:
- The products you return must be in the same condition in which you received them.
- The return must be made with the original labels and the Qwerty Key delivery box intact, along with all the documents that came with the product.
- The product must be accompanied by the accessories/gifts with which it was delivered.
- If you have purchased multiple products of the same kind and want to return them all, make sure that only one has been unsealed. The return of the other products is accepted only if they are sealed.
- Products that have undergone unauthorized interventions, those showing signs of wear or use, scratches, chips, dents, mechanical/electrical shocks, and products missing accessories are not accepted.
- If the return package contains products different from those listed in the completed form, after the courier checks the package, the pickup will be refused.
- The full delivery cost of the returned products will be borne by the buyer.
- Returns of products can be made within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the package, in accordance with the applicable European legislation.
- The amount related to the returned products will be transferred to the account provided in the return form within a maximum of 14 calendar days.
- Returns are not accepted for customized products with services such as: switch lubrication, stabilizer lubrication, tape mod, adding films, etc.
