Terms and Conditions – "Free Full Keycaps Set" Promotion
Promotion period:
The promotion starts on November 9, 2025, at 4:00 PM and ends automatically after 41 eligible orders have been registered.
Eligibility:
The promotion applies exclusively to orders placed on the qwertykey.ro website.
Only orders with a total value of at least 300 lei (value calculated after applying discounts and excluding shipping costs) are eligible.
Each customer can benefit from a maximum of one gift set per eligible order.
Only adult individuals (18 years or older) and legal entities who place orders on the website can participate in the promotion.
Prize:
The first 41 eligible orders will receive a free full set of random keycaps.
The set is assigned randomly, and the customer cannot choose the model or color.
The gift cannot be returned, exchanged, or converted into money or other products.
Promotion mechanism:
The system automatically records the time of order placement.
The first 41 orders that meet the conditions will be declared winners.
Eligible customers will receive the gift in the package, together with the ordered products.
The list of winning orders can be made available to the competent authorities upon request.
Limitations:
The promotion is available strictly within the limit of 41 keycap sets.
The organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or interrupt the promotion, respecting the provisions of Government Ordinance no. 99/2000 regarding the marketing of products and market services, without however affecting orders already placed and confirmed as eligible.
In case of order return according to Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014 regarding consumer rights, the customer is obliged to return the gift keycap set together with the products. Otherwise, its value will be withheld/deducted from the refunded amount.
Consumer protection and legal compliance:
The promotion complies with the applicable legal provisions in Romania, including:
Law no. 363/2007 regarding the combating of unfair commercial practices of traders in relation to consumers;
Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014 regarding consumer rights in contracts concluded with professionals;
Government Ordinance no. 99/2000 regarding the marketing of products and market services;
The Civil Code and other relevant regulations.
The organizer guarantees the transparency and correctness of the promotion's execution and commits to respecting consumer rights according to the applicable legislation.
